We're sorry to hear you received the wrong item in your order! Please reach out to our team via email at [email protected] for assistance. Be sure to include the name(s) of the incorrect item(s).
Please include photos of the item you received, as well as photos of the inner tags so we can verify the style number and country of origin. We're specifically looking for a small white tag with two lines of text, usually found under the care tag. If the white tag isn't visible, this information may also be on the back of the care tag itself.
Once we have received and reviewed the additional information, we will work to provide the best possible resolution. This may include issuing a prepaid return label (within the contiguous United States) for the incorrect items and processing a refund for the merchandise, or, if available, placing a new order on your behalf. Please note that in some cases a replacement shipment may not be possible, but we will do everything we can to accommodate your request within our available options.
