How do points convert to dollars?
250 points = a $25 reward to use on splendid.com.
How do I redeem my points?
Once you have 250 points, sign in to your Splendid Insider account and choose Redeem beside the $25 reward. This converts 250 points into a reward code, which you can enter in the discount field at checkout. You can also find available rewards on the Splendid Insider page, at the bottom of your cart, or in My Account. After redeeming, the points no longer appear as available to redeem. If you do not use the code right away, find it in Rewards History.
Will I be able to use my perks/rewards in-store?
Yes, most perks and rewards can be redeemed both online and in full-price retail stores.
Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?
Yes. If you return the entire order, we’ll refund the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied, and the points you used will be added back to your rewards account. For a partial return, we’ll refund your other payment method first (credit or debit card), and then return any remaining reward value to your point balance.
If you redeem your points for an in-store purchase and later return those items, the reward points will not be restored—we recommend making an exchange instead.
Can I use my rewards during a promotion?
You can use one discount per order: either a promotion code or a rewards code, not both. Choose whichever gives you the better savings. If you use the promotion, your unused reward code remains in Rewards History for a future order. For details, see Can I combine my rewards with a promotion?
I placed my order with my rewards but now the item is marked down. Can I have a price adjustment?
Due to the structure of the rewards program, we cannot modify any discounts or price-adjust an order that already has a discount applied.
