My order was marked delivered but it’s not here.Updated 21 hours ago

If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location.

Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management or other residents of your home who may have collected the package for you.

Please take a moment to verify the shipping address listed in your order confirmation email to ensure it is accurate. Please note that splendid.com is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address if the information was entered incorrectly at checkout.

On some occasions, packages may be marked as delivered but take additional time to arrive.  Please allow an additional 3 business days for delivery prior to reaching out to our team.

If you still are unable to locate the package, please reach out to the carrier.

*Please note that if a package is confirmed lost in transit or cannot be located after we contact the carrier, we will submit a claim on your behalf. Claim investigations can take up to 14 business days to resolve. If the package is still not located once the investigation is complete, a refund may be issued.
