If an order placed on splendid.com is refused upon delivery, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any other customs charges incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Splendid.com is not responsible for packages deemed abandoned by FedEx or other local carriers.
